We love living downtown St. Augustine and we have a growing list of our favorite local spots in or out of tourist season! One thing our home decor was missing was local flavor, so I was excited when Mapiful reached out to me and offered me a custom map!
The Mapiful website is so easy to use and you can customize a classic, star or zodiac map. I chose the classic style and customized the chose the Nautical theme to fit the decor of my home. There are more than ten themes for the classic map and you can make your location as broad (a country) or as narrow (your neighborhood) as you want! The labels, size and orientation can all be customized.
I am so happy with how my map turned out! If only I could decide where to hang it permanently! I used this black frame that I already had, but I am thinking about trying it in a white frame as well. I have also seen them displayed on a poster hanger and used as wedding guest books! A custom map would make a great Mother’s Day gift as well.
